This game isn't TERRIBLE, but it's not great either.
-AI is pretty basic, they can't open doors, so they'll just bang into/shoot it until you open it, making it pretty hard to avoid damage.
-You can only carry 1 health item, but you can pick up multiple, which just deletes your previous one.
-I got stuck and couldn't figure out what to do after 10 minutes.

Brilliant for a 17 year old, however as a game this is one of the most frustrating experiences of my life.
Games in the retro 2D style need a couple of things to work
1. Good controls
2. Good level design
Both of this were painful
The stairs were the real deal breaker and i would end up dying because my character decided he didnt want to shoot anymore.
Good start younger, but not quite

one and a half hour of fun - I got the game for free but I would recommend it for like a few cents during a sale :)

It's not a really good game, the gameplay and story are very basic. The pixel art for the game is kinda mediocre and the coding is really buggy. It was not an enjoyable experience. At least It's not expensive

Overall just another crappy "MyFirstGame.exe." The graphics are bad (there's a difference between minimalist and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ MS Paint work), there don't seem to be a whole lot of sound effects or music, and I quit playing after having to repeat a level multiple times on Easy (twice because my character got stuck in the staircase and I couldn't continue; twice because I ran out of weapons).
