Game is constantly crashing

I've been stuck on Fark's final boss for 15 minutes now. Not because it's hard, but because the game keeps crashing when I finish the fight. I've only gotten to the credits one time and guess what happened when I skipped them? My game crashed. This happened to me with Spark's final boss too. Unfortunately, this isn't specific to bosses. My game has crashed a ton of times at transition points, nearly 100% of the time unless I restarted my PC. I've restarted it three times in an attempt to finally finish Fark's story to no success so far. Is there anything I can do to fix this? It's driving me up a wall because I really like playing this game, but the constant crashing is souring my experience.

Edit: Restarted my PC again, still crash upon finishing. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still crash upon finishing.

Edit 2: I believe I found a fix for the crashing. Go to where you have the game installed, right-click Spark The Electric Jester, and run it as an administrator. I got through the fight and full credits sequence without issue. The only downside is the achievement for beating Fark's story didn't unlock. Pay Sam a visit and you can unlock it manually.
