We need yu-gi-oh classic mode!

Do this for Master Duel too.
And since Steam version doesn't come with a QCR Feather Duster maybe consider giving out vouchers for Duel Links and Master Duel gems for those who buy the game here.

Just a thought. :emofdr:

Even though this is a re-release (because of course), the sales numbers on this is going to prove that Yugioh games with actual soul in them should start being made again (e.g. open world, different rule mechanics) instead of slap bam here's a roster of duelists you can fight and call it a new game. Modern day Yugioh games are even lazier soulless productions than the annual sports game like Football manager (aka yearly roster update) or NBA. And even the former has recognized they need to do more than that.

Instead of the latest garbage iterations with all the tacky childish designs, make a game like Forbidden Memories except more expansive + go back to YGO's darker / mystical origins and watch the sales numbers go brrrr.

i agree but i also dont want to sound like a "ygo boomer" but i loved the old tag force games but honestly i wouldnt like to play a new tag force game if it focuses on the latest ygo story and cards . Personally i would love to have a open world ygo game . like MTG Shandalar did in the 90s. Imagine a ygo game in the duel kingdom setting where you start with a beginner deck and walk freely and when you find other NPCs they fight you like pokemon trainers and you get a copy of their cards . i would love that but sadly remakes / remasters is probably all we ever get for the "older days" .

100%. Such a shame how the Yugioh IP is withering away while it not only has huge potential to make an awesome game, but has actually proven that potential in the past; making it a surefire success if Konami would actually invest into making something like that.

It may not be as profitable as developing and upkeeping a live service mobile game, but it would breathe new life into Yugioh (for a while now the franchise has a serious problem with gaining new players, like at all) and that would indirectly promote their live service games as well.
