Error Issue : No connection detected

Hey, I'm having an issue where anytime I boot up Duel Links on PC, I get this error every time saying that there is no connection detected. It gives me the options to reboot or retry but those don't do anything and yet the issue still persists while I have a strong network connection on everything else on my PC. It works flawlessly on mobile so I have no idea what is causing this for me.

1. Uninstall Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links on Steam and exit
2. Open your Web Browser search " Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links Steam "
3. Install Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links Steam through Browser, Let the Browser open your Steam app
4. Open / Play the game.
