Why i can't pendulum summon monster from extra deck?

My scale is 8 and 2 but i can't summon pendulum monster lv 4 and 7 from extra deck
What happen?

Already using 1 Extra Monster Zone and there's no link arrows pointing to any of your empty Main Monster Zones most likely - you can only pendulum or link summon monsters from the extra deck to the EMZ or a MMZ that a link arrow points to now that we actually have EMZs.
That or there's some effect in play that is preventing the special summons...

Konami change rule for pendulun summon?
I remember we can pendulum summon 5 monster from extra deck now in duel link they change to 1 monster
now i can't summon and you say i can summon to extra zone only
And normal monster zone is useless zone for pendulum summon?

You can only pendulum summon 1 monster from EX decks per turn. That has not changed. What has changed is that it must go to one of the two new monster zones in middle of field. If that space is occupied by one of your other monsters. You are essentially locked out of pendulum summoning from EX deck, and can only pendulum summon monsters from hand to one of the regular monster zones.

From summon 5 monster to 1 monster now you must summon to 1 zone only

hey Eulivere. yea pretty much konami fd over pendulum a little. but usually you are able to use the monster you summoned in the pendulum/extra monster zone for links/xyz/synchro and can free up that slot immediately. since a week ago of the next box I've built dracoslayers who are essentially a pure pendulum deck with a lot of summons which you then use to the monsters you summoned for xyz/synchro/contact-fusion -- which is kind of how most pendulum decks when you think about it, and I don't feel handicapped by the change. On the contrary, what's funny is the addition of the extra monster zone helped pendulum decks a lot because before you were stuck not being to make a lot with just 3 monsters on your first turn in terms of summoning extra deck monsters with usually just max 1 extra deck monster and I'm guessing it might be why konami tried to compensate. It's true though that the existence of the EMZ also helps OTHER decks especially synchro spam decks(think RDA, morphtronics etc) (and Link decks obviously but that's their own mechanic..) without the downsides but yeah. The thick of the matter is the restriction doesn't really do much to hinder pendulum decks and ultimately they feel good/better to play right now than before so don't worry much about it

Pendulum monsters that are summoned from the extra deck has to be sumoned into the extra monster zone or into a zone a link monster points to. This was always the case since link monsters came out in TCG/OCG.

Only XYZ, Fusion and Synchro monsters were separated from this rule and can be summoned to a monsters zone like it was back then. So these extra deck monstes aren't that reliable on link monsters anymore.

This was made to slower the pendulum mechanic, wich is broken as f*** lol.

Pendulum monsters can still be summoned normally from the hand, without restrictions.

my qliphoth deck don't fusion xyz synchro i use effect of pendulum monster only
