I couldn't attack sky striker shizuku

so I had a match up against sky strikers, where my opponent did revive shizuku after I attacked her with an ulimate leo utopia ray, which was equipped with ZW leo arms.
after activating the effect of the ZW leo arms, I couldnt attack a second time. he didnt activate anything that turn except raye to revive said shizuku.

so why couldnt I attack, what am I missing here?

Raye can't revive Shizuku, instead Raye tributes herself to SS a Sky Striker Link from the Extra Deck

Anyways wouldn't know why you couldn't attack a second time, you'd either need to give way more info or a replay
