Problem with quick and comeback victories

Idk if anyone is facing a similar problem, but as said in the title- when I succeed in a quick victory (trying to unlock Paradox Brothers- yeah I'm lazy) or a comeback victory (a mission in YGO Zexal world), it just doesn't show anything? Like, I made a specific deck, defeated the Paradox Brothers withing the required rounds number and it didn't count it. In Zexal, I made sure for my health point to go below 1000, defeated Yuma. The battle scores even showed that I, in fact, got what I wanted. Yet the game ignores it. It's rly annoying.

with paradox you need to win against them choosing them as lv20 at the gate. for comeback victory you need to have your lp be lower at the start of your turn, not lower lp after the turn already started.

I got the lvl 20. Also, maybe they changed it than, because I remember using my method before to unlock characters and it worked. But thanks for the info tho. Any tips with the lower lp then?

Build up a beefy board, but don't attack right into their LP. Have enough monsters on your field that you can wipe them out in one turn. Then, once you can take them from full to game, just do that. If you can't lose a bit of LP by attacking into something, run cards like cosmic cyclone to lower yourself below your opponent before attacking for game. Make sure you start out the turn with less life points
