Toons are horrible in this game, you won't do anything with them period with and without DMG, also you need DMG and a lot of other specific stuff to even make them... well garbage tier. You also need DM for the Magician Navigation
That aside, Toons can work as a deck for fun, however never in a competitive setting.
It could be a comp deck... if Komoney bothered to add in the good or maybe even the broken cards
Nope, Toons have protection cards of their own but as per usual Komoney never releases the good stuff for already existing archetypes. Even if you add protection to a Toon deck it doesn't make a difference since Protection is just a factor of a deck not the entirety of a deck, Toons major lacking is removal and it heavily relies on OTKs
There isn't and she is half the key, the other half of the key is Toon Rollback which you have only 1 copy so gl drawing it
