frequency of UR and SR tickets

Hi ! I play Duel Links since one month now. It is the 7th anniversary of the app and the anniversary of the quarter (25th) century of Yu-Gi-Oh. The game gives us many UR tickets, SR tickets, UR tickets which allow you to have an UR card among all the UR available in the game (I don't know what is the name in English because I am French and play the translated app), SR tickets which allow you to have an UR card among all the UR available in the game. I would like to know if, when it is not the quarter (25th) century of Yu-Gi-Oh, we have often UR and SR tickets too during the events, and especially UR and SR tickets which allow us to have an UR or SR among all the SR and UR available. We have more normal UR and SR tickets than those which display us all the UR and SR in the game... but when it is not the 25th anniversary, are they rare to obtain? Cordially. Encre_et_soupirs

If I remember correctly, so far this year Konami has given 6 dream tickets (the ones that allow you to pick a card from any/most boxes), 3 of which has been UR and the rest SR. I'd say they're not that rare and can help you get some staple cards.
