Twilightsworn Lumina does give you access to your banished monsters I guess, but I think the deck is doing absolutely fine without the new cards.
See, the strenght that comes with Lumina in her Lightsworn form is that you can Special Summon a 4-level Tuner with her; either Raiden or Felis, and use them with Lightsworn-Lumina to Synchro-summon Michael! But you can't do that with Twilightsworn-Lumina, because to Synchro-Summon for Michael you need LIGHT attribute non-tuners, so you can't use Lumina for that in her Twilight form!
On the other hand, Lightsworn-Lumina has this limit on her ability where you can only bring in a monster lvl 4 or lower, but Twilightsworn-Lumina doesn't have this limit! So you could easily bring in a Gargonith that got sent to your Graveyard (due to milling for exemple). So I can see her having her use for that, but only for that; getting a Gargonith on the field without a Tribute. I mean, that's what Glorious Illusion is there for, too, but those are vulnerable to anti-trap cards...
In the end, it's up to you I guess! I just layed down her advantage and disadvantage compared to her Lightsworn form; you decide if it's worth it!
As for Twilight Cloth, I'd argue it's worth putting it in there: It can certainly save your monster for a turn at times!
