PROBLEMA ACCESSO KONAMI ID - TRASFERIMENTO DATI

Da qualche giorno non riesco più ad accedere al mio account yu gi oh duel links, ovviamente tutti i dati sono salvatti sul konami id. Dopo aver effettuato un upload su steam, yu gi oh non ha più funzionato correttamente. Quando clicco su avvia contatto non torno a giocare da dove avevo lasciato bensì devo selzeionare la lingua di gioco e effettuare i download, come se dovessi iniziare una nuova carriera. Se provo ad effettuare il trasferimento dati con il konami id mi dice che il profilo è già collegato su un altro account steam. Ho disinstallato il gioco da telefono e pc e re installato, la storia non cambia. Come devo fare per tornare a giocare da dove avevo lascitao?

Did you sign into your Duel Links account on another Steam account? Or did someone else sign in to Duel Links on your Steam account? If yes to either of these things then you have broken KONAMI's terms about multiple accounts to one Steam account and had been locked out as a result.

I haven't signed two account on steam, I have signed only one account and with this account I'm playing on my phone using the tranfer data. The real problem is that I can't use this account on my pc, but until two days ago I played regularly on my pc, after an upload on steam, this problem was born. Now, I connect my account on steam and then I start yu gi oh duel links, (the yu gi oh id is the same in the pc and phone) but when i click play, I have to chose the language and then the download will start. When the download is complete, if I start the game I have to start another time the download, so I' ve closed the game and asking for assistance. In other words, I haven't lost my career, I 'm just not able to play this game on my pc. Can you help me?
