Unlocking Sartorius Kumar?
I just started playing recently and have been trying to unlock all of the characters, however Kumar requires you to summon Armed Dragon LV7 in one of his missions. From what I can gather, it can only be unlocked by getting Chazz to level 40, which is a steep requirement. I also see it's gotten from several events. Do these events get rotated in and out?

You can get him with some R tickets at the exchange.

Which R ticket has it? I checked the ranked ones and it's not in the list.

go to card trader, its in the regular inventory.

I'm sorry, I don't remember which ones, maybe a log in reward ticket?

lol when you look for a card you should always enter its name in the search.

Yeah but that's the thing, if you look for it in the card catalogue it doesn't say you can get it from the Card Trader haha.
