How to install the game without downloading again?

hey guys i have fresh install my windows bcz so laggy and i want to install this game again, my question is how to restore my game file( i already backup the download file before i reset my windows like 3gb or something) to the steam so i dont need to download the data again?

istall the game then go drop those backup files in where you installed it.

As Dubina said, you can backup the DL folder within your Steam folder.
After Windows install, just install Steam, then install DL, close Steam, delete the DL folder within Steam and copy over the folder you have backed up. It might be possible to skip some of these steps, but this makes sure nothing is being accessed at any time and that there are no stale files from new DL install. I even did this to transfer the game between two PCs without having to use Konami ID.
