Kluger's effect not activated?

So, might be an old question. When I attack with kluger and opponent activates Black sonic to banish 2 klugers from my field, no effects activated. I really do not understand this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ effect anymore. Is there anything wrong with it?

What effect are you talking about, if you're talking about the effect damage that happens before the damage calculation which you didn't get to yet, if you're talking about the floating effect you either don't have a Neos Wiseman or you didn't have it in hand or Deck

Or they used neos fusion to summon the 2nd kluger earlier in that turn, which prevents all special summons for the rest of the turn, including kluger's float into neos wiseman...

Exactly this, just happened to me yesterday. I banished it with Kozmo Mojo but no Wiseman came out, i wondered why and i saw his deck and he had it. He had used Neos Fusion since in the previous turn i had returned returned it to the ED after he used Miracle Contact.
