New! Deck-Building BOX “Wild Spirit” Now Available!
There’s a brand-new Deck-Building BOX for Speed Duels now available in the Shop! Deck-Building BOX Wild Spirit contains a bunch of new Beast-Warrior monsters and gives a huge boost to the Lunalight, Fire Fist, and Bujin strategies by introducing new cards from all three themes to Yu-Gi-Oh! DUEL LINKS! This Deck-Building BOX also contains several previously released cards that are key to successfully using these strategies. That makes it easy for Duelists to build these Decks using the cards they get from the latest Deck-Building BOX. Check out the powerful new cards for the Lunalight, Fire Fist, and Bujin strategies, available in Deck-Building BOX Wild Spirit!

1.) Lunalight

Deck-Building BOX Wild Spirit introduces Lunalight Kaleido Chick and Lunalight Tiger to Yu-Gi-Oh! DUEL LINKS!

Kaleido Chick is a Level 4 monster that lets you send a Lunalight monster from your Deck or Extra Deck to the Graveyard to allow your Kaleido Chick to be treated as the sent monster if it’s used in a Fusion Summon during the rest of the turn. Some Lunalight Fusion Monsters require a specific Lunalight Fusion Monster to be used as a Fusion Material when Summoning them. Lunalight Leo Dancer, for example, requires you to fuse together Lunalight Panther Dancer and 2 other Lunalight monsters in order to Fusion Summon it. Using Kaleido Chick’s effect will allow you to Fusion Summon monsters like Lunalight Leo Dancer more easily. Lunalight Kaleido Chick also has a couple of other effects. If Kaleido Chick is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect, you can add a Polymerization from your Graveyard to your hand, setting up another Fusion Summon. Finally, if Lunalight Kaleido Chick is banished, your opponent won’t be able to activate cards and effects during the Battle Phase of that turn.

Lunalight Tiger is a Level 3 Pendulum Monster with a Pendulum Scale of 5. While it’s in the Pendulum Zone, its Pendulum Effect lets you target a Lunalight monster in your Graveyard and Special Summon it. That Special Summoned monster can’t attack, its effects are negated, and it’s destroyed during the End Phase – but it can be used as a Fusion Material to help you bring forth your most powerful Lunalight monsters! Lunalight Tiger’s effect that it has as a monster lets you target and Special Summon a Lunalight monster in your Graveyard if your Lunalight Tiger is destroyed by battle or card effect while on the field. Both of these effects of Lunalight Tiger help you keep Lunalight monsters on the field so that you can Fusion Summon your most powerful Lunalight Fusion Monsters.

Lunalight strategies are usually focused on Fusion Summoning, and the new Lunalight Kaleido Chick and Lunalight Tiger make it easier than ever before to Fusion Summon your most powerful monsters. The release of these two cards help to bring Lunalight Decks to a new competitive level!

2.) Fire Fist

There’s only one new Fire Fist monster in Deck-Building BOX Wild Spirit, but it’s the very first Fire Fist Link Monster! Brotherhood of the Fire Fist – Eagle is a Link-2 monster that you can Link Summon by sending 2 Beast-Warriors to the Graveyard. Eagle’s effect lets you activate the effects of Fire Fist monsters without sending Fire Fist or Fire Formation cards from your hand or field to the Graveyard. Decks built around the Fire Fist monsters are all about trading in Fire Formation cards on the field in order to access the powerful effects of the Fire Fist monsters, and Eagle lets you completely bypass the need to send those Fire Formation cards to the Graveyard before using those effects!

In addition, Eagle has an effect that lets you target a Fire Formation Spell/Trap you control or in your Graveyard and return it to your hand, and then send a Fire Fist monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. This allows you to instantly reuse one of your Fire Formation cards, while also loading up the Graveyard with monsters to Special Summon back with the effects of cards like Coach Soldier Wolfbark or Brotherhood of the Fire Fist – Dragon.

3.) Bujin

The release of a couple of new Bujin cards in the latest Deck-Building BOX help to make Bujin Decks stronger than ever before! Bujin Torifune and Bujin Mahitotsu are both brand-new Level 4 LIGHT Beast-Warriors with powerful effects.

Bujin Torifune’s effect lets you Tribute it to Special Summon 2 Bujin monsters of different Types from your Deck in Defense Position, other than Bujin Torifune. This will immediately set you up for a Rank 4 Xyz Summon, allowing you to quickly Xyz Summon a monster like Bujintei Tsukuyomi or Bujintei Susanowo. In addition, when you Xyz Summon a Bujin Xyz Monster while Torifune is in your Graveyard, you can equip your Torifune to that Xyz Monster. While equipped with Torifune, your Xyz Monster will banish any monster it destroys in battle.

Bujin Mahitotsu has an effect that lets you send 1 other Bujin card from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon it from your hand. Once per turn, you can also choose from two other effects of Bujin Mahitotsu to use. The first of those two effects lets you send a Bujin monster from your hand to the Graveyard to add a Bujin monster with a different name from your Graveyard to your hand. The second of those two effects lets you banish a Bujin monster from your Graveyard to send a Bujin monster with a different name from your Deck to the Graveyard. Lots of Bujin monsters have effects that can be activated by banishing them from the Graveyard, and Bujin Mahitotsu helps to put those monsters into the Graveyard when you need access to their effects.

A Deck-Building BOX makes it easy to build a Deck around the themes contained in them, and the latest Deck-Building BOX also adds powerful new cards to the Lunalight, Fire Fist, and Bujin themes. You can get packs of Deck-Building BOX Wild Spirit in the Shop today and start building these three Decks!
