Hello, i need help. I missed the Celina event. How can I unlock Celina now?

she will be unlockable in the future I think

You have to wait until her event comes back, which is not known when it will be.

There will be a second event for her some day next year and then eventually be release in gate.

She will be in the gate in the future but you're gonna have to wait until the next event which will happen sometime after the next KC Cup

Does't Works on newest characters. Only certain points.

This is false it only goes up to characters already added to the gate so no Grampa, Serena, or Mimi.
She will be returning in early November so within the next couple weeks I suggest you snag her this event as she is getting an actual usable Lunalight skill plus most likely 2 very good Lunalight cards in Sheep and Wolf as they pair very well with the skill.
