Why are my box chips what i purchased not anymore there?

You mean, you got the Bundle, but the Box-Chips aren't in your inventory, did I understand that correctly?

If yes, look at your Gift Box, sometimes the bundle-Items are going there.

Old BOX Chips had an expiration date. They removed the expiration because they are now event rewards since Ghost Gal has some in the event points. Hopefully that will be the case for every event going forward
