Tech Update: Future Circuit Main BOX!
A new Main BOX is here, and it’s packed with powerful tech cards that you can use to upgrade your Deck! Check out some of the top cards in the Future Circuit Main BOX that fit into a variety of Decks!

1.) Knightmare Unicorn

Knightmare Unicorn is one of the most anticipated cards from the Future Circuit Main BOX and it’s not hard to see why. It’s a Link-3 monster that can be Summoned by using 2 or more monsters with different names, making it possible for just about any Deck to Summon it. If it’s Link Summoned, Knightmare Unicorn’s effect lets you discard a card to shuffle any card on the field back into the Deck! In addition, if it’s co-linked when you activate the effect, you get to draw a card!

Knightmare Unicorn is easy to access from the Extra Deck and has an effect that can handle just about anything your opponent puts on the field. Even cards that can’t be destroyed are vulnerable to the effect of Knightmare Unicorn. Plus, cards with effects that activate in the Graveyard won’t be able to use those effects when Knightmare Unicorn returns them to the Deck.

2.) Knightmare Phoenix

Knightmare Phoenix is a Link-2 monster that can be Summoned even more easily than Knightmare Unicorn. Knightmare Phoenix requires any 2 monsters with different names to be used as Link Materials to Summon it. Like with Knightmare Unicorn, that easy Summoning requirement allows just about any Deck to Link Summon it. Knightmare Phoenix’s effect isn’t quite as powerful as the effect of Knightmare Unicorn, but can also have a big impact on a Duel once it’s used. If Knightmare Phoenix is Link Summoned, you can discard a card to target a Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls and destroy it. In addition, if your Phoenix was co-linked when you activated the effect, you get to draw a card.

Knightmare Phoenix’s effect can destroy pesky cards like Necrovalley, Mirror Force, and cards in your opponent’s Pendulum Zones. That makes it a strong option to use in just about any Extra Deck.

3.) Dark Hole

Dark Hole is a Normal Spell Card with power that is anything but subtle. Its effect simply destroys all monsters on the field. You can use Dark Hole to wipe out your opponent’s entire field of monsters and clear the way for you to Summon your own monsters and attack. In addition, you can use Dark Hole to destroy your own monsters that have effects that activate if they’re destroyed or if they’re sent to the Graveyard, like the effects of the Fire King and Burning Abyss monsters. Dark Hole is an incredible card that will most likely show up a lot in PvP Dueling.

4.) Droll & Lock Bird

Droll & Lock Bird doesn’t have any Attack Points or Defense Points, but its effect makes up for it. During either player’s turn, if your opponent adds a card from their Deck to their hand outside of the Draw Phase, you can send Droll & Lock Bird from your hand to the Graveyard to prevent players from adding cards from their Decks to their hands for the rest of the turn. This is particularly effective against Decks that thrive by repeatedly searching the Deck for cards to add to the hand throughout a turn, like Salamangreat Decks.

Droll & Lock Bird can also combo with cards like Disturbance Strategy and Mind Wipe, which were both recently placed on the Limited 1 List. After your opponent adds a card from the Deck to the hand outside of the Draw Phase, you can use Disturbance Strategy or Mind Wipe and Chain the effect of Droll & Lock Bird. Disturbance Strategy or Mind Wipe will erase your opponent’s hand, while Droll & Lock Bird’s effect will prevent your opponent from drawing any new cards.
