Dark Illusion question
This trap card is a counter, so I got a duel against metahpys but this one never activated, so why? My deck has only dark monsters, it must works.

Hi, Official TCG Judge here:

Dark Illusion requires the card effect you're countering to TARGET a dark monster you control.

How can you tell if the effect targets? The effect will use the word "target".
