blue eyes shining dragon
i cant summon it but i have blue eyes white dragon on the field. bug or what?

You have a Blue-Eyes on the field...

A mere B-E won't cut it, as you need to have a B-E Ultimate Dragon (that three-headed Fusion variant) on he field to Special Summon the Shiny.

Anyway, forget about using an actual Ultimate Dragon (unless you are running a Tea Cyberstein deck).

The card you wanna look for is Elemental HERO Prisma, that is if we ever get that. Prisma can treat himself as any fusion material listed on a Fusion monster. Simply add Dragon Master Knight to your deck (again, once we actually have that) and you're set.

Until then, Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon is a cool looking card that is about as playable as Gate Guardian (not at all).
