Penguin Soldier drop ratio

I won 25 games against Rio Kastle and I got only 1 Penguin Soldier from missions. I got 0 from drops. Am I that unlucky, or did I mess something up? Duel Assessment score ~ 7000+ Always 1-2 turns. Do I need to get 10.000+ Assessment score or what? Thanks!

It's luck more than anything, just keep trying - I've had pretty bad luck myself but it did drop a few times eventually and there's ample time left still. Had 7-8 copies of every other SR/UR drop from her before getting even 1 soldier from dueling.

I found the previous event worse trying for PKs' wings personally, went over 60 wins vs lvl40 at gate with 8 rewards chests every duel before I finally got a 3rd copy for a playset only a day before the event ended...

Same thing here, haven't got a single Penguin Soldier drop after over 30 wins. Its a bit ridiculous.

I have the same problem. Try losing, it may drop as a consolation prize.

I've only ever had that with I think Elemental HERO Thunder Giant or w/e the name is. Some fusion card that Jaden Yuki drops(or does he?). Literally had ~15+ of every single card including the URs that he dropped(except of course Thunder boi), so I just used a ticket to get one. Only cost me like 100k keys or whatever to try and farm the card off him @lvl 40. Maybe some drops are just broken/rigged.

Got no Penguin Soldiers yet but haven't farmed her much either.

I will update my situation. I am using Montage Dragon deck, and suprise suprise I got 2x "Penguin Soldier" in 7 games, so It took me 32 games.

I've started using booster items as well, but that hasn't helped. I still can't get even one Penguin Soldier!

Just lost vs event character(auto-duel) and only got 1000 score(so 1 reward chest) and actually got my first penguin soldier. Only didn't check what level they were. Probably 40, since I was using quite a strong deck. So that's just to confirm it is possible to get them when losing and duelling the event character that currently appears in the world(not the random legendary duellists).

Maybe there really is some hidden modifier somewhere that gives you rare cards you don't own when you lose as some sort of conselation prize. I mean I've farmed some duellists while winning every time with 6-8k+ score probably close to 100 times and not gotten some SR/UR cards before. Pretty annoying if that's the case, especially when it seems impossible to get certain cards sometimes when winning only. I do understand why drop chance might be boosted upon duel losses since the less skilled/newer players can then collect some cards too without events being too tough for those players.

Finally got a Penguin Soldier. It was also from a loss only with a 1000 score. Talk about failing upwards!
