Magical Merchant is pretty good for that. It excavates cards from the top of your deck to the graveyard until you get a spell/trap card. If your deck has significantly more monsters than spell/trap cards, it can be a pretty great way of filling your graveyard.
Another way is to use spell card That Grass Looks Greener. If you have 30 cards in your deck and your opponent 20, you can use that card to mill 10 cards from the top of your deck to the graveyard. Risk of becoming useless if your opponent is also running a 30-card deck.
Then there's Samurai Skull. When it's summoned, it can send one zombie-type monsters of your choice from the deck to the graveyard. If you're running zombie deck, that's fantastic for it.
You might also want to consider Lightsworns. They have a lot of effects that mill cards from your deck during the end phase. Jain, Lightsworn Paladin and Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress are both pretty neat.
