The fact that it is possible to recover an accuont with an ID from Konami, indicates that the info is saved with Konami, because they can recover it. YET, re-installing the game wipes all saved game info.
Explain that sir. This is a scam :) If I had none this was even possible I would never have played the game.
it is natural that our devices may got lost, stolen, broken, and so on. So it is your problem to think of this question, you even didn't backed-up your game ID.
Konami already provieded an easy way to back-up your data and sync it with all of your devices. just try to search next time.
Sucks to be you
Like other mobile games, Duel Links requires you to manually put in a save file stored in the cloud. Steam's cloud does this automatically which I don't believe the game would properly handle since it redownloads all of the data regardless if the save was put in or not.
This game started as a mobile game and was later ported to PC, hence the cloud save prioritization and handling. If it was the other way around, then things might be different. Might.
