Sea Stealth attack
Hello,
Can someone explain this card to me? I don't get why my opposing player can activate it on my turn before I play can cards. Every other card in the game seems to give the player's who turn it is priority but for some reason Sea Stealth Attack allows the player to remove their monster from play on my turn before I have the chance to play any cards.

Where does it explain it? I searched through every duel quiz and there is nothing on it yet there is a dual quiz for just about every other game mechinic that there is? Explain why they wouldn't put it as a quiz considering they have over 100 quizes? Also are you suggesting I have to use a 3rd party resource to understand a game when all they need to do is put in an extra dual quiz? Fact of the matter is it is a flaw in the game makers and I reported the guy with video for the slow playing.

i didnt say the rule book was in duel links, i ment about the yu-gi-oh game in total.
duel links is an automated game where you are required only to click on buttons and end your turn, if you want to know why it works the way it is working then you need to reffer to the rule book on yugioh-card.com or yugioh wikia for a specific question instead.

It's simple ruling of the game there are some "speed" to activate some cards, only i rembember is some activates a counter trap it's almost imposible to chain 'cause they're cutting your chain.

https://www.yugioh-card.com/en/gameplay/fasteffects_timing.html here you are, this contains rules of TCG and applies to Duel Links as well in some things, and also says the "speed" mentioned on mi previous comment.

each player gets a priority at any given time of either player's turn and during each phase of the turn. depends on whenever any player got a card that they can play or effect of the card.
example with your case, opp set sea stealth attack on his turn. the next turn during draw phase he can activate his card as soon as you draw a card, then if you have any card to respond, you may do so if not then priority goes to your opp and he can use effect to banish his monster.
thats how the game works during all phases of the turn, once your priority ends it goes to your opponent.

Well the game is not clear then as I have never seen any other card in Duel links like this one. I also have never played the physical card game so I would have no knowledge of this. I shouldn't have to read an online article about a different card (actually card game) to win a video game.

Kind of a moot point when said video game is BASED on the real game isn't it? If it were any different, it would be even more confusing. I totally agree that Yu-Gi-Oh! in general is more complicated than it has any business to be (if VS when for instance) but that's how it is. Any trap card can be triggered as soon your opponent drew his card during the draw phase unless it has an activation requirement. Easiest card to test this with is Jar of Greed.

I guess I am more annoyed with the guy as if I had won I would of ranked up. He/she cleared slowed played as they took over 3 minutes on one turn. Then won becayse they abused a mechanic that is not explained anywhere in the game.

Duel links is a separate game from the card game even though it is based upon it. An example being each Avatar has their own unique abilities which are not in the card game. It is the games job to teach it's players how to play their game. That is true for any game/video game/ board game. With your logic, anything based on anything doesn't need to bother explaining the rules. The most popular video games in the world like Fornite and League of Legends were strongly based off other games and it an excellent job of teaching its players how to play without assuming they knew how or expecting them to read about another game. It is terrible marketing strategy to assume your players know how to play or expect them to read about a similiar game to figure out all the rules.

Show me the quiz, I looked through them all lol. I can't believe the amount of people defending someone who slow played on purpose. FYI Konami has given me 100 gems as my report was validated for the slow playing. No idea whether the cheater/abuser was punished.

Looks like I win this arguement after making a very good point there was no reply.

Well according to these guys in this post they think I should have to play the card game irl or read some guide from a 3rd party and the game doesn't have to teach me to play its own game lol. Your the first person to make a smart comment on here.
