Otherwise, you *can* return your XYZ monsters to the hand/deck, which will put them back in your extra deck and let you summon them again. But there aren't really many cards that are intended to do that, so you would be wasting a lot of cards to basically just reset your field
Rank 5 is a bit harder. Are you sure it's twice per duel & not just two times in general?

It's notable since the Rank 5 "Digital Bug Corebage" can be XYZ summoned on top of the Rank 3 "Digital Bug Scaradiator" (And the Rank 7 "Digital Bug Rhinosebus" on top of that!).
You can reliably meet the conditions of your Stage Mission with them, and they're also considered a fairly solid F2P deck, with Rhinosebus being able to disrupt your opponent as soon as it hits the field.
To answer your question: No. Even things like XYZ Reborn (SR Trap) don't "XYZ Summon". You would need to bounce your monsters back to the Extra Deck and re-summon them, using cards such as "Dark Cat with White Tail" for example.
That said: any card that can return a card in the graveyard to the deck will return an XYZ monster to the Extra Deck instead. Cards such as "Daigusto Emeral" (SR R4 XYZ) that do this can allow you to reset your XYZ monsters for future summoning.
EDIT: OP, the way your post reads implies that you have to summon Rank 3 *AND* Rank 5 XYZs twice in the same duel, when your screenshot only says either of them twice per duel. Regardless of which deck you use to do these missions, you're still going to need a Rank 3 or lower and Rank 5+ XYZ monster to achieve them. If the skill your refer to is "Warrior of Hope: Number 39" then that's a Rank 4 XYZ monster and doesn't fit either criteria of the mission.
