your best starting point is Kaibas format deck, lot's of Dragons in there.

dragon structure deck from store and get a few vanguard of the dragon from the card trader, most other good dragon cards are from events.

Mirage Dragon from the card trader is rly good

none of the boosters have decent dragon support tbh, they're all level up rewards or event exclusives

if you want dragon deck i suggest for new player use the dragonic force its in the shop then card trader thats all later in the game you can get good cards in rank and event

just like everybody said. Most of dragon cards are spread amongs the packs. The strongest meta dragon deck probably Red eyes deck variant with REZD or REBD.

If you want to build that, there are a lot of guide and a simple google search will immediately yield numerous result. That being said, the main attraction for this deck are:Red eyes insight and red eyes spirit. Both are available from SR coupon from ranked

You can also build a BEWD deck but probably you wont get much win when you get on platinum because of the CV limited rules

I managed to get the Tyrant early from his packs, so I bought the Kaiba premade and stuck it in there along with the Blue-Eyes and Summoner from early rewards. Unfortunately, I started as Yugi so I didn't actually have a base of Dragon support to build from, and Kaiba isn't going to be for a while. Gonna have to farm up my resources for the trader.
