But even if you don't want to make a cyber angel deck, these two packs are good to invest because of the following cards:
1)ultimate rising:
a)sphere kuriboh (is a good defense card because many people are using AG and a card called anti-magic arrow, which seals your entire backrow for the battle phase and Sphere Kuriboh can be a life saver, plus, it can also be used to ritual summon from the graveyard if you are using relinquished decks)
b)mask of accursed: a must have if you intend to play as a burn deck (you need 2-3 copies if you want to play as a burn deck)
c)wonder ballons: use this mostly if you don't have pumpkin princess and have some graveyard synergy.
d)4 starred ladybug: can be great to stop the oponent's early game.
e)Order of charge: great for venus decks and for any deck centered in normal monsters
f)Twister: decent trap/spell removal, but in the current meta it's not really used anymore because people aren't running many continuous traps/spells and equip spells that much.
g)fusion gate: can be used to summon fusions in case don't have space in your backrow to use poly. But remember that fusion gate banishes monsters while poly sends them to graveyard
2)Neo impact:
a)meteor B dragon: is mostly used for farming SDs. It's rarely ever used in pvps
b)stamping destruction: decent spell/trap removal in dragon decks. It eliminates even face down cards, but, be warned that the oponent can chain their spell/trap. For example, suppose the enemy has enemy controler face down and you use stamping on it. The enemy can still activate the enemy controller, but they'll still recieve 500 damage from it.
c)Mirror wall: this is the best card of this pack (and is a very good card indeed). Many say to get 3 copies of it, but I leave that up to your own choice, I personally only have 1 copy.
d)half shut: good for stalling decks. You can use it on your defense monster and it won't be destroyed that turn (but be wary of piercing damage).
e)regretful rebirth: pretty much only useful in mill decks to get warm worm back for an extra 3 cards milled form your oponent.
f)shooting star bow: pretty much only useful in cerberus decks and cerberus decks are only used to farm some LDs to get their exclusive cards.
Other mini packsa that are good to invest are:
3)Flame of the tyrant:
a)get 3 sargent electros (they are awsome to freeze your oponent's backrow),
b)3 warm worms (if you want mill decks) and
c)golden apples (usually good for destiny draw decks because they give your hp back and a monsster to protect you.
4)servants of kings:
a) 3 wall of disruption (they are also very good and can be stronger than mirror wall because their effect remains after they leave the field, BUT they can only be activated in the battle phase, while you can activate mirror wall any time you want);
b)draining shield is awsome in stall/mill/burn decks
c)vorse raider and birthright are good for normal monster based decks.
and finally:
5)Generation next:
a)horus decks are awsome to shut down any deck that relies on spells
b)floogate trap hole is debated to be the best trap of the game so far (even better than mirror wall some might say)
c)king of the swamp is a must if you want to use fusion decks that DON'T use fusion gate.
Even If you have to tribute to summon a toon skull or toon blue eyes, they still count as special summon, not triggering blast held
