problem with windows 10

Im trying to get my datas form my android but everytime I log in konami id with my browsers nothing happens except for the microsfot edge 'cause he open an window asking me for choose an program and the duel links is not listed, and the only one listed is windows store. some one is having the same problem? how do I fix it ?

i am on windows 10 and i had no issues myself i would suggest maybe using google chrome or firefox, i used chrome myself but thats all i can suggest

i've tried but I had the same problem it no transfer

i set my browser as chrome and i begin to transfer the data.
I opened the app clicked in data transfer.
the chrome open in the konami page I logged in and stuck in the autentication of the konami Id and nothing happens.

sounds like something might be stopping the connection but idk what, Sorry dude not much i can do to help there i would suggest seeing if others had the issue or googling it.
