ive setup data transfer on my phone, but when i click data transfer on pc it say please do not use the app until transfer settings have been set up at the konami id site, then it just has a cancel button?? am i missing something

After logging in, you should be prompted to allow the browser to open DuelLinksTakeOver.exe (the prompt will vary depending on your browser). You'll need to accept this to get data transfer to work.

If you want to transfer Data from Mobile to PC , Then you must make it from the game itself , Open the game and Press the gear Icon at the far right and click transfer data , Thats the way to send the data

The "Transfer Data" at the start of the First Screen is for recieving data

OP had already set up data transfer on their phone.

im not getting the option to log in, click on data transfer brings up transfer with konmami id bit, click that then get the error message in post, no options just cancel, gave up too much hassle for f2p will just play on phone

When you click on Data Transfer, the browser should open up and take you to Konami site, login with your ID and then Accept the terms and conditions, Chrome will prompt you to register the protocol handler for this app, after you accept, you return to the app and your data should have been transferred.

also add if you click on data transfer on pc version and your web browser dont activate then restart your pc, worked for me ;)

i have the same problem ... still wont pop any browser thing i have mozilla :S

click on internet explorer and when it askes say make default, launch duel links it will activate ie, data transfer then make mozilla default gain
