"Steam - Error
This game you are installing requires a 64bit version os Windows. If you don't have such a PC available click below to learn about requesting a refund"
It's simply for 64bit requires error. But minimum system requirements isn't too high(core i3, 2GB ram, intel(R) hd graphics), so I just hope 32bit can run this game.

problably need 64bit cause its most likely running in some kind of emulator, well atleast the borders on left and right make it look that way.

Unless you're on a potato from 2004, there's no reason you should be running 32-bit, since 64-bit is more commonly used & Supported and not to mention, is backwards compatible.
Honestly, just install 64 bit & you'll more than likely have a much more pleasant experience all around on PC.

Doesn't even really take up that much of resources, allows you to go over 4GB? of Ram i believe was the limit last i checked, could be 6 or 8 now, im not 100% since i stopped using 32 Bit back when W7 was a thing. But yeah, You'll just have a much better experience with 64 over 32 anyways, games running a bit smoother(or launching in this case) is just an upside.

32bit still is limited to the 4GB it was when you last checked, since, iIrc, that's a limit that CAN NOT be changed. Through using a 64bit-OS with less than 4GB of RAM might be a bad idea, but if you have at least 4GB, yeah, using 64bit is definitely better....and needed for any RAM above the 4GB.

Yeah, back when i had 32Bit W7, i had 4GB of ram, switched to 64, noticed an improvement in performance just a bit, but everything else improved as well. I mean, it was just a lot smoother all around, even with just 4GB.

I do want to say this though, looking through OP's games list, its safe to assume he has 4GB of ram, which is why im puzzled about the 32 bit, because even most pre-built PC's have gone in favor of 64-bit.
