I don't understand this thread at all. You have DLv 9.. this level is not even burn, if u would lose.. just i don't get it..

I reached DLV MAX with Dhero deck. Level 19 was hell. It took me about 20 games. I will give u 100%, there is no any deck in this game with 100% win ratio in higher kc cup levels 18+ Lower KC CUP levels are using simple decks, not even meta or KOG

You need to learn what a "joke" is. You'll get a lot further in life

They're expensive AF to build optimally between 2 boxes, SR ranked reward cards and leveling up Zane Truesdale.

You'll want the followng:

3x Cyber Dragon
3x Cyber Dragon Core
3x Cyber Dragon Vier
2x Cyber Dragon Drei (can use a 3rd as filler)

1x Cyber End Dragon
2x Cyber Twin Dragon
2x Chimeratech Rampage Dragpon

3x Cyberload Fusion

2x Cybernetic Overflow

Fill the remaining 4 main deck slots with whatever staple cards you have. Karma Cut, Wall of Disruption, Forbidden Lance, and so on. These will vary based on what you're most likely to come across.

The 2 remaining extra deck slots, if you have them, can go to usable rank 4 XYZ monsters (Drei into Vier = 2 level 4 = 1 Rank 4 XYZ). Utopia isn't a bad choice here, as 2500 ATK is hard to surpass and its attack negation can give you an extra turn or two.
