They're treated as Special Summons of an extra deck monster using materials on the field (including the Hex-Sealed card as a fusion substitute). Also, in this particular case, Fusion Substitutes cannot be used for generic materials, only explicitly listed ones. A Fusion Sub cannot replace "1 Warrior-type monster", but it can replace "Dark Magician".
Sort of. As I explained, it's still not an actual fusion summon.
If you had use The Dark Hex-Sealed Fusion and 1 Warrior-Type monster, you could have brought out Dark Calvary. However, it still would not be an actual Fusion summon.
You could if you had Hex-Sealed and a Warrior-type monster in your GY, since Fusion Substitues can only replace explicitly named cards.
Also, Necro Fusion uses GY materials to summon from the Extra Deck. So you're not "bringing back" a Fusion Monster with Necro Fusion.
