Cyber angels, triamids, or magnet warriors are all decent rogue decks, though I can't say whether or not they could take you to KoG without being propped up by staples.
You can put together a functional triamid *and* magnet warrior deck by emptying Guardians of Rock three times, since it's half off in the gem sale right now. Triamids will require one Triamid Sphinx from Arena of Sanctuary, though, and both benefit from generic rock support and a rank 3 XYZ toolbox, though, like Gorgonic Guardian and Soul of Silvermountain.
Cyber angels are 100% f2p but they strongly benefit from ritual support (Senju and Sonic Bird) and Cyber Angel Idaten is EXTREMELY restricted; she's a level-up reward and was available via rare tickets at some point, but no longer, so... who knows when the deck will be playable by the majority of people again. Konami hates cyber angels.
Oh, and of course, there's always Necrovalley, though its relevancy like most rogue decks varies based upon what's currently meta. With pendulums becoming prevalent within the meta it'll probably fall off in usefulness since pendulum summoned monsters are sent to the extra deck face-up instead of the graveyard.
People have known about Yosenju's since release, don't know where this logic of "people know about it" comes from
CA, Triamids and Magnets are all KoG like a majority of stuff rn, that's no longer even a judgement for decks nown
For the OP, aliens are an interesting one. They are somewhat lacking against the more oppressive meta decks, but can definitely control the board even against them with the right draw. Deskbots may become one fairly soon, they have a surprising amount of versatility but are not good enough to even qualify as a rogue deck right now; however, one of the arc-V AI decks had new deskbot support, so if players get access to that, they may potentially move up
I think it's roguish enough to embarass most meta decks if you play your cards right (and most of the time people won't even know what your cards do).
That's not what rogue means. A decks tier rating is purely its representation in tops, not its power level nor the "knowledge" of the deck existing.
It's dead and it wasn't even rogue it was constant tiered meta which is why they killed it
