How do you activate HD Cards?

During first download I accidentally pressed "no" on the download. It said it "could be activated later"
How does one do that?
I tried a redownload data at Title but didn't get the option

Go to the gear icon on the top right > Settings > Scroll all the way down until you get to download settings > click on change settings > check the Download high-resolution card images then click download and thats it
