If you got it it will be in your gift box. Since you stated its not there then perhaps you missed the expiration date it has on it in order to be received. All rewards and cards has an expiration date on it. Once the expiration date appears it will disappear for good until you get to obtain it again on the next coming around event that has it.

If you got it it will be in your gift box. Since you stated its not there then perhaps you missed the expiration date it has on it in order to be received. All rewards and cards has an expiration date on it. Once the expiration date appears it will disappear for good until you get to obtain it again on the next coming around event that has it.

As far as I recall, the expiration date was somewhere in 2022 though. So I doubt this is the case.

2. You logged into the game at a previous point never grabbed it so it expired, although idk what it's expiration date is
3. You never obtained it which then you contact KONAMI for

I was talking about in general of tickets a player will get not it was the case which you misread. The person above my second post explains the general of it and the specific.
