Shiranui Solitaire vs Fire King Avatar Arvata

I just wondering does Arvata can negate Solitaire, when it tribute itself? Arvata negates effects of monsters "while this monster is on the field", so technically Solitaire should be negated. If someone with Fire King deck could play with me and check it out, I would be very grateful.

If Arvata is on the field when Shiranui activates either of its effects, Arvata can negate it. However, you must still be able to resolve the other portion of Arvata to use its negate.

So if you have Arvata on your field, but no other FIRE monsters on your field or in your hand, you cannot negate any monster effects with Arvata because you cannot resolve the secondary mandatory effect.
