Right now my extra deck for Cyber Dragons is 1x Cyber End Dragon, 2x Cyber Twin, 2x Rampgage, with an extra for XYZ summons. At 7 total slots, the last two would be dedicated to Nova anyway.
Still Tier 2, which means they're very competitive at this time (even if not optimal). More than likely, Konami will nerf Desperado again if it keeps consistency.
Cyber Dragons are one of the most expensive decks out there. An optimal deck requires going through one main box 3x, another main box 2x, ranked grind and leveling up Zane to about 40 (whatever level it is he gives the 3rd Drei).
Most meta decks don't have anywhere near the same commitment requirements. In turn, Cyber Dragons are simply less popular and their best won't be showing up as often.
They're a lot stronger than you're giving them credit for.
