YGO Omega - a new way to test decks before duel links investment ?

so I just grabbed YGO Omega last night, Although DL players are few compared to TCG, I did some duels, the majority of opponents were using cards from the new box (digital bugs, constellar, hieratics...etc)
I thought this new simulator is really a god send for everyone who doesn't want to copy a meta deck but also doesn't want to spend his cash on a deck that might fail, and regret it after.
what do you think, will you be play testing in this simulator before committing in duel links?

You can't spend money like in duel links, so it's a big downside.

Are people like unaware of the existence of EDOPro and duelingbook?

While it's good for testing, the big issue I have with it is you can't spend real money to get the cards you want. Other than that, it's great.

I haven't tried EDOPro but dueling book have only the legit speed duels, it's far from duel links mode

You can test in solo mode... Or set up an unrated game.

You have all cards, for free, how can "not spending money" be a downside?

bcz otherwise you'll need to spend your money on other things like gas or child support
