What is with the Censorship ?

I can't seem to name any of my decks lately without the words being censored out.

I try to name a speedroid deck "Need for speed" speed gets censored.

A water monster deck with synchros, I call it "Fishermen deck" the ish part of fish gets censored.

And what's really stupid is the word in question for this deck, is SHARK.

Same word that's in half the cards of the new box ? Konami wtf is wrong with you ?

Restart your computer and open Steam. In the Library tab, right-click the game you want and click Properties. Select the Local Files tab and click the Check Game Files for Errors button.

its not a bug its komoneys horrible chat filter that also applies towards deck names and has been around for a long time.

I remember putting up a topic about that, somebody thought it was because of golden shower so they censor golden, as for trash or some other synonym it's an insult so pretty sure that's why. They have a very strict and at times random censorship system but I've seen worse

Maybe the bias is a sign, maybe they've secretly given away what they are into

Either that or they just want to be random with their censorship

I have the same issue when making a Batteryman Deck and I named it "Batteries Not Included!" after a bunch of toy commercials and it's renamed it as "*******ries not Inc****d!" and trying to think why Batter and lude are censored, and I guess it's a sexual refence but I'm not even focusing on that. It's annoying that they censored a Speed Duel Version of my Signature Deck I always play.

The whole chat system in this game is garbage so what do you expect?

I see, so there is some logic behind it and the censorship is just really badly done. Rather than fixing it, though, it'd be enough if they just put an option to turn it off for players who don't want it.
