Is King of the Swamp bugged?

So I am finding myself unable to summon Arcana Knight Joker while I have Queen's Knight and King's Knight in hand together with King of the Swamp and Polymerization. When I try to play Polymerization I can only set it. Doesn't help to have King of the Swamp on board. As far as I know King of the Swamp says that it can substitute anything that is specifically named on the fusion monster. Arcana Knight mentions specifically three names: King's Knight, Queen's Knight and Jack's Knight. I have two out of three in hand. The third one should be substituted by King of hte Swamp...
