Same, the clock has never been an issue, comes close to the wire sometimes but not often at all.
Yea, I agree maybe 30 seconds would be way too long but something like 5-10 would be nice.
Probably something like Flower Cardians or Aromage. Those decks take like forever in every single turn, to set up there 50000 BS actions. No wonder you time out a lot with decks like that. They don't fit very well into the speed format - if you ask me. Just play some other deck, that works quicker.
If you still run out of time...learn about your deck and the cards in it, before playing PvP. If you have to read so much, that you time out, well...you're just not familiar enough with your deck and the effects of your cards. Change that and you'll be fine.
Aromage sometimes seems to take quite some time to set up correctly. But maybe the opponents I went against also just didn't build their decks properly, I don't know.
I played Aromage myself for quite some time and I never had any problem either. In fact - like you said - time should never be a problem. I was just saying, that there is a handful of decks, who naturally take more time for every single turn like most of the others. And if you don't know how to play such a deck correctly and don't know all of your cards effects, then it's very easy to run out of time. That's what I meant by "first learn how do use your deck properly, before entering the PvP".
Btw. I totally agree with you, that time indeed shoud never be a problem, no matter what deck you are playing ;-)
