Play the deck you WANT to play, not what you "HAVE" to play to remain "meta relevent" this games competitive scene is not worth its hassle or reward.

Usually if not always F2P by their standards just means cheap
A new player will get lots of gems at beggining, enough to go through a mini box once, which would qualify for F2p...
Going through a mini box multiple times qualifies as F2P not just once, just about every deck in this game with some exceptions are F2P
For main boxes just get every UR, for mini boxes just get every copy of a SR and UR though this is just my policy since you never know when something becomes useful. You can do you and just get the useful UR and SRs
