i really wish they'd make another game like duelists of the roses

there was nowhere really related to this so I'm writing it here

I LOVED that grid based yugioh gameplay. its so sad it existed only in the age before the rise of multiplayer online gaming or people would STILL be playing that game today

they should make another yu gi oh game with that game system

Totally agree it was a cool game and when i tried to get it on emulator it wanted the disc which is probally just harder to find than a needle in a haystack

yeah, it was intresting to see all the direction yugioh went in the early years from capsule monsters to dungeon dice, it was nice to see them try different things with the same monster base, kind of like SMT / Pokemon / Digimon do.

I dont think we will ever see anything like it again as it was given some really bad reviews based on its gameplay, but as far as games that have tried something different duelist of the roses was actually one of the best done e.g. Final Fantasy Dirge of cerberus (lol what a dismall fail this was and i am a huge ff fan)

I actually liked the whole "deck master" concept it had. Too bad this didn't cacth up, after all the Noah filler arc seems to be the most hated filler arc of the series.

the only yugioh game ive played was for 3ds: Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters Saikyo Card Battle! its pretty good game with monsters 3d, but you have to get unofficial translation patch for it.

The only spin off I kind of liked was the rpg yugioh game for the gc,Xbox and ps2.

I am planning to play the capsule monster game for Psx soon.

I too wish they made more of / sequals to those spinoff games. It is a bit sad that a game titled "Game King" when translated, only focuses on one game. I even wish they could of added multiplayer to "The Sacred Cards", as there is enough interesting mechanics to it, that I would of loved to see what kind of Meta game could of evolved amoung players.

Never said the game was bad. I actually loved playing it on my PS2.
I just find the act of necrobumping to be annoying
