Infinite loading screen

I just hit stage 12. Got the tutorial for submitted decklist.
But when i click on decklist i am stuck in an infinite loading screen.
Anyone else have this problem?

Same here. Now the game is unplayable until it is fixed.
Should not be forced to view tutorials. It should ask if want to view it and I am sure we would all click NO every time.

Same here, I installed the game yesterday on my phone and reached stage 12 today. This problem ocurred and I thought: Well, I will just download the game on pc (since I had already linked my account with the konami ID) and do the decklist tutorial there. Didn't work, same issue on both, android and steam versions.

I tried reinstalling it and doing the data redownload, and I also restarted the game a couple thousand times, and none of it worked.

I've got the same porblem and have tried to navagate the konami support website however I have had no such luck finding with finding the solution to this problem, I then tried to call the support center in the UK and can not get through and asks me to leave a message

Nope all you can do is send them a ticket and hope you receive a response, dont get your Hope's up though, KONAMI are pretty arrogant when it comes to their customer service.

I've had the same problem. It's impossible to send a ticket or transfer code, because you can't click to the support gear with the tutorial blocking you.

so im not sure what happened. i emailed konami and went to bed. woke up and they havent responded but when i launched the game the tutorial was no longer there and i was able to play again.
