How to get my progress back!
I started steam and selected duel links. After selecting the game, my computer froze and i had to restart my computer. After doing that, Steam for whatever reason decided to uninstall Duel links and i had to reinstall. After doing so, it literally took me back to the beginning even though i can clearly see that steam has saved all my progress. I was so close to beating this game. I only needed 3 more achievements to get the last one so why is the game acting like i need to restart everything from the start? In the menu i see an option for data redownload. Is that something i should click on?

I'll check, but man that's BS. It took me so long to get all those cards. I'm not sure if you can, but i have a few screenshots of those cards and it took so many gems to buy them.

You have 264 hours in game on Steam. Considering how many times Konami puts it in your face to back up your data with a Konami ID and the length you've played, it is 100% your fault for the data loss.

Yeah I know. I checked to see if I had one, but I don't. I feel like if you start the game from the beginning, they should have made us sign in with an email and password instead of having it be optional. Like when you start GTA 5, you're forced to make a Rockstar account. I feel like Konami should have done the same. Having it be optional makes it more likely that someone would forget to even make one. If my computer didn't freeze mid game forcing me to restart, I would've been good. You're not wrong, it's just bad luck on my part. I'm frustrated that steam just deleted it for no reason after I restarted my computer.
