(solved) activate two "Magician Navigation" cards at the same time

I have a question about dualists who can activate two Navigation cards at the same time (sometimes in my draw phase)?
with the same deck I cannot activate two at the same time, and I can activate it only after opponent action!!!

is that cheating?

I know I've done this before but forget the exact scenario. As far as I know, you'd need to have two set Navigation (obvs) and two Dark Magician in your hand, activate the first Nav and then chain the 2nd, so as it resolves you'd summon 1 DM from the hand and 1 spellcaster from the deck, then the 2nd DM from the hand but obviously no slots left for 2nd Nav to summon from the deck.

So if you only have one DM in the hand it won't work. And of course Circle's effect is only once per turn so you don't get two banishes... But useful to have the 2 negates in the grave and an extra body on the field.

That is down to their Chain activation settings. Also yes, I'm pretty sure you can't activate both at the same time in the DL format as there are only 3 zones, unless you Activate Navigation, let it resolve, Activate Illusion Magic to tribute one of the Spellcasters then activate second Navigation.

you have to turn on the option to chain your cards to your own card actvations, go to settings and turn on the option, also enable the chain button to be able to activate cards after your opponent draw phase

I tried several times, only 1 card is activated !!!
either I have a bug in my account, or it is cheating

For it to be possible, you need 2 Dark Magicians in your hand and your Toggle ON.
Activate your first Magician Navigation, then chain your second one. The first one will Special Summon a Dark Magician from your hand and another Dark Spellcaster from your deck as usual. The second one will Special Summon your second Dark Magician from your hand, but since there's no more room it won't Special Summon the Dark Spellcaster from your deck.

I just watched it, you did it wrong.

You need to chain the second Magician Navigation in response to the first one. That's only possible if you have your Toggle ON at that point.

I understand what you are saying, my Toggle set in on.
the problem is not giving me a chain to activate the second card!
so my question, how some dualists can activate two Navigation cards at the same time (sometimes in my draw phase)?
