Unlocking jack atlas
One of the requirements is to use a trap card 4 times in one duel with yusei and when I use skull invitation it does not count

Because you only used it once... you have to ACTIVATE a trap 4 times, not use a trap EFFECT 4 times, if you want to use the same trap 4 times then use Final Battle, if not, use 4 different traps.

Yeah, it means 4 separate trap activations. So using Skull Invitation will only count as one trap card.
