Question- How to access game sprite files?

I've been curious about this for a while. i need the character sprites for something minor i'm working on, but i have no way that i know of to find the files they are? could anyone help with this?

I don't think we have a skilled dataminer in here. You may wanna use Google for that.

I did try looking in the Duel Links steam folder and I believe you should look in the LocalData folder located there. Might be on the lines of a VTF file since they all use the same backdrops
