For some reason everyone else sounds like a average to over exaggerated, but no matter how many times I hear hers it just sounds like she's about to get stabbed

to me, sounds like he was caught in an explosion. If you were talking about his lose sfx

They sound like they're in a shadow game and actually in physical pain for every duel, but Yugi and Kaiba can't seem to work up even 10% enthusiasm for when they summon Obelisk.
