Is structure deck ex on sale?

I don't see the difference. Still says $4.
Is the on sale only for the 2nd box? Should be $7.

Edit: On the top left, it is clearly said "SALE".
The notification at the very end says "Structure Deck EX for a special price!".

I actually plan to buy it at normal price.
Now, because of this, if I buy, I feel like to be cheated.

The sale is for main and mini boxes primarily. I dont think there's ever been a sale for structure decks. You need to read the sale terms more thoroughly before assuming whatever you want is on sale.

If you can buy it twice, can you afford it? ;D I bought 3x decks: 1000 gems, 4.49€ (was not limited) + 4.49 € (limited after 2nd buy)
